By joining or participating in the Cloudfy Partner Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute an agreement between you (“Partner”, “you”, or “your”) and Cloudfy, operator of the Cloudfy platform (“Cloudfy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Coupon Issuance and Use
Cloudfy will generate and manage all discount vouchers (“Coupons”) assigned to Partners, including defining benefits and conditions. Cloudfy may modify voucher benefits or availability at any time, but any changes will not retroactively affect benefits already granted to referrals made before the change.
2. Partner Obligations
Partners must:
Actively promote and distribute their assigned Coupons to their community/audience.
Ensure referrals carry out their first activation using the valid Coupon within the specified timeframe.
Maintain at least one Cloudfy infrastructure plan active and fully paid during their participation in the program.
Activations made without a valid Coupon, or by Partners without active Cloudfy infrastructure, will not be credited nor counted for commissions or program progression.
3. Eligibility and Progression
To initially qualify for the Program, a Partner must reach at least 30 activations with their voucher within 30 days of coupon issuance.
Only after reaching this target will the Partner officially join the Program and become eligible for benefits and commissions.
The Partner must also maintain at least one active infrastructure plan on Cloudfy with all invoices paid and up to date.
At least one new referral activation per calendar month is required to maintain eligibility for commissions.
4. Commission Payments
Commissions are paid in U.S. dollars.
Payments are made by the 10th day of the month following the last paid invoice of each referred client.
Commissions are valid throughout the first year of that referred client’s active contract.

Commission Tiers:
Our referral program features tiered commission rates that scale with your monthly performance. Partners earning between 1 to 10 active referrals per month receive a 20% commission rate. As your referral volume grows to 11-50 active referrals monthly, your commission rate increases to 30%. Top-performing partners who generate 51 or more active referrals each month earn our highest commission rate of 50%, maximizing their earning potential through the program.
Cloudfy may update the benefits, commission percentages or qualification criteria at any time. Changes will not affect commissions already earned for earlier referrals.
6. Termination and Modifications
Cloudfy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program, or any of its parts, at any time with prior notice. Modifications to Coupons, commission rates, or benefits do not affect commissions or benefits already earned for earlier referrals or activations.
7. Liability
Cloudfy is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to this Program. Our total liability is limited to the total commissions paid to the Partner.
By joining the Cloudfy Partner Program, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
