By joining or participating in the Cloudfy Partner Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute an agreement between you (“Partner”, “you”, or “your”) and Cloudfy, operator of the Cloudfy platform (“Cloudfy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Coupon issuance and use

Cloudfy generates and controls all coupons (“Coupons”) issued to Partners, including the discounts and benefits assigned to each Coupon. Cloudfy reserves the right to modify Coupon benefits and discounts at any time, without affecting benefits and discounts already granted to referrals made prior to the change.

2. Partner obligations

Partners must actively promote and distribute their assigned Coupons and ensure that their referrals use these Coupons when activating Cloudfy infrastructure. Activations made without a valid Coupon will not be credited or counted toward Partner commissions.

3. Eligibility for commissions

To be eligible for commission payments, Partners must:

a) Be active subscribers of at least one Cloudfy infrastructure plan, with all invoices fully paid and up to date.

b) Have made at least one new referral in the previous calendar month.

4. Commission payouts

Commissions are paid in U.S. dollars. Payments are made by the 10th day of the month following the last paid invoice of the referred client. Commissions apply for the entire first year of the referred client’s active contract.

5. Partner levels and Benefits

Partner Silver

• Minimum 1 activation per month

• 10% commission on referrals

Partner Gold

• Minimum 10 activations per month

• 30% commission on referrals

Partner Black

• Minimum 50 activations per month

• 50% commission on referrals for up to 12 months

• 1 Ultra infrastructure plan free of charge

• Access to vouchers with higher discounts

6. Termination and modifications

Cloudfy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program or any part of it at any time with prior notice. Modifications to Coupons or commission structure will not affect commissions already earned for referrals made prior to the change.

7. Liability

Cloudfy is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to this Program. Cloudfy’s total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to the Partner.

By participating in the Cloudfy Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
